Wheat KUGULTINKA

Stable Yield in Challenging Conditions

The soft winter wheat variety "Kugultinka" from SKFNATS breeders is an ideal choice for farms prioritizing predictability. The main advantage of this variety lies in the combination of high yield potential and robust natural immunity. In areas where other crops require frequent fungicide treatments, "Kugultinka" maintains its performance due to its strong genetic resistance.

More Than Just Yield

A potential yield of 9–10 tons per hectare places this variety alongside high-performance European counterparts, yet with a distinct adaptation to local soil and climatic conditions. The 1000-seed weight (40–45 grams) ensures excellent grain quality, which is crucial for milling standards and market value.

A Phytosanitary Shield

One of the main challenges for any agronomist is protecting crops from a complex of fungal diseases. "Kugultinka" demonstrates an exceptional level of resistance:

• Active Protection: The variety shows high resistance to mycosphaerella leaf spot, rust, onion stem smut, powdery mildew, and brown leaf spot.
• Genetic Resilience: Proven resistance to yellow rust and septoria allows farmers to lower pesticide application frequency, reducing the overall cost of plant protection products.

Who is this variety for? "Kugultinka" is optimal for farms in regions where the risk of epiphytotics is high and cost-efficiency is a priority. This variety is forgiving of minor agronomic management errors, maintaining productivity even under stressful environmental conditions. It is the perfect selection for those seeking the optimal balance between high biological potential and minimized risk of harvest loss.
