KS GUARANTEE

KS GUARANTEE is a variety of soft spring wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) intended for agronomic purposes, especially in the Ural region. The variety belongs to the semi-intensive type and is characterized by a medium-early maturity period of 73 to 86 days, usually 2-3 days later than the standard Omskaya 36. The plant is of medium or medium-high height with a strong stem and a semi-erect bush, featuring a pyramidal, medium-density white ear. The thousand-kernel mass varies from 33 to 43 grams, indicating high seed quality.

The KS GUARANTEE variety is distinguished by good lodging resistance and high drought resistance exceeding the average level. Under field conditions, it exhibits weak susceptibility to brown rust, moderate to septoria, and high to powdery bunt. The yield of the variety in the region reaches an average of 24.2 centners per hectare, exceeding the standard by 6.9 centners. Thanks to these characteristics, the variety is well-adapted to various soil and climatic conditions of the Ural region.

In addition, KS GUARANTEE has good baking qualities, making it in demand for producing high-quality flour and bakery products. The variety was obtained by individual selection from a hybrid population created based on the crossbreeding of Omskaya 37 and Salavat Yulaev varieties. The originator is LLC "AGROKOMPLEX" "KURGANSEMENTA". Recommended for cultivation in the Kurgan region and other areas of the Ural region.
