HAYAT

The HAYAT soft spring wheat variety is a medium-maturing crop with a vegetation period ranging from 77 to 92 days. The plant is medium-height with a semi-upright tiller and a weakly compacted straw. The ear is cylindrical, dense, white in color, with awn-like appendages of medium length. The mass of 1000 grains ranges from 36 to 42 grams, indicating good grain quality. The waxy coating on the ear and straw varies from medium to strong, which is a characteristic biological feature of the variety. HAYAT is distinguished by its resistance to lodging and drought resistance at or above the level of the standard, ensuring crop stability under various climatic conditions. The variety is moderately susceptible to glume blotch and highly susceptible to brown rust, requiring attention to plant protection. The yield of the variety in the Middle Volga region reached 27.0 centners per hectare, confirming its high productivity. The HAYAT variety was created by individual selection from a hybrid population and is recommended for cultivation in regions with similar climatic conditions. It combines high yield potential with good baking qualities of the grain, making it valuable for agricultural production. Thanks to its characteristics, the variety has been included in the list of valuable varieties and is in demand among farmers.
