Wheat Rannya 73

Field Performance of «Rannya 73»

For agronomists managing spring wheat, «Rannya 73» (developed by the National Scientific Center «Institute of Agriculture of NAAS») serves as a reliable solution for tight growing seasons. With a maturity period of 80–90 days, it allows for efficient crop rotation management, helping to avoid late-summer heat stress and moisture deficits.

Cultivation and Crop Health

In the field, this variety is highly predictable. Its awned structure and excellent resistance to lodging make it resilient against heavy rain and high winds, simplifying harvest logistics. Regarding plant health: the variety shows strong natural resistance to rust and powdery mildew, which significantly reduces the need for frequent fungicide applications. This allows for lower input costs throughout the critical growth stages.

Yield and Grain Quality

As a soft wheat variety, it yields consistent grain with a 1,000-kernel weight of 35–40 grams. This provides an optimal balance between quality and processability. Working with «Rannya 73» is a rational choice for operators who prioritize operational efficiency, predictable yields, and low-maintenance crop management throughout the season.
