Wheat ERITHROSPERMUM 59

Technical Profile of Winter Wheat Erythrospermum 59

This variety is the result of breeding work by a consortium of research institutes (Chechen Research Institute of Agriculture, Omsk State Agrarian University, and Chelyabinsk Research Institute of Agriculture), which successfully balanced its adaptive properties for challenging climatic zones. Erythrospermum 59 is engineered as a high-productivity winter wheat variety, designed for intensive farming systems.

Agronomic Performance and Yield Potential

• Yield Potential: The stated yield capacity reaches 6–7 tons per hectare. Realizing this maximum potential is contingent upon strict adherence to nitrogen fertilization protocols and leaf canopy management during spring regrowth.
• Growth Habit: Winter type. The variety demonstrates resilience to temperature fluctuations during the autumn-spring period, which is critical for regions with risky agriculture.
• Morphological Features: The spike structure matches the naming convention (awned type), which determines the specific architecture of the crop stand. Stem density ensures optimal photosynthetic load when the seeding rate is correctly calibrated.

Practical Application

Choosing Erythrospermum 59 is a logical step for farms aiming for high-quality grain yield through technological discipline. Thanks to the expertise of Omsk and Chechen breeders, the variety combines plasticity regarding moisture conditions with high tillering energy. A technically sound approach to crop protection against pathogens allows for the full expression of the variety's genetic potential, minimizing losses during the maturation phase.
