These characteristics contribute to a stable and high-quality harvest even under unfavorable weather conditions. In terms of baking quality, 'Darya' is a valuable wheat. Protein content in the grain reaches 15.3%, while raw gluten content is 35.6%, ensuring high flour quality. The loaf volume from the flour of this variety is approximately 1070 ml, and the overall baking assessment is 3.8 points, confirming the good technological properties of the grain for producing bakery products. Due to these qualities, the 'Darya' variety is in demand among flour and bread manufacturers, ensuring high quality of the final product.
