Description FARIZA
Fariza is a cherry variety intended for cultivation in industrial orchards, especially in the North Caucasus region. The tree is medium-sized with a spreading canopy of medium density, beginning to bear fruit in the 4th year after planting. The variety is characterized by a medium fruit ripening speed, reaching a large size and having an oval shape. The skin of the fruits is dark red, while the flesh is juicy with a sour-sweet taste, making the berries universal for fresh consumption and processing.

Fariza is distinguished by high resistance to drought, fungal diseases, and pests, as well as good frost hardiness down to -25°C, which allows for successful cultivation in the North Caucasus region. The fruits are not prone to cracking, which enhances their market appearance and quality during harvesting and transportation. The yield of the variety is about 90 centners per hectare, indicating its high productivity.

For successful cultivation of Fariza cherries, it is recommended to provide the plant with a sufficient amount of sunlight and neutral soil conditions. The variety is suitable for industrial orchard farming and can be used for both fresh consumption and making various homemade preserves, such as compotes and infusions. Due to its qualities and adaptation to the regional climate conditions, Fariza is a promising variety for gardeners and agrarians.
