The Favorite Morettini peach is an early-ripening variety of Italian selection, ripening in early July. The tree is medium-sized, reaching a height of 3-4 meters, with a dense, round or spreading canopy and long, narrow boat-shaped leaves. Medium-sized, dark pink flowers bloom in March-April. The variety is early-bearing and self-fruitful, beginning to bear fruit in the second or third year after planting, and is characterized by high yield—one tree can produce up to 35 kg of fruit. Favorite Morettini peaches have medium or large size, weighing from 80 to 160 grams, with a round or oval shape and a rounded apex and small bump. The skin is of medium thickness and density, velvety, bright yellow in color with a red-carmine blush covering up to 60% of the fruit surface. The skin peels off the fruit easily. The flesh is cream-yellow, gently fibrous, very juicy and aromatic, with a pleasant sweet taste and a slight acidity. The pit is small but does not separate easily from the flesh. The variety has high taste and commercial qualities, intended for fresh consumption and can be used for making juices. Peaches store well under ordinary conditions for 3-4 days. The variety's hardiness varies from medium to high, allowing it to be grown in various climatic conditions. Thanks to its characteristics, Favorite Morettini is an excellent choice for gardeners who value early, tasty, and high-yielding peach varieties.
