The 'Frant' peach variety is a fast-growing large tree with a dense, spreading canopy. Its leaves are medium-sized, lanceolate, short-tapered, green, smooth and shiny with serrated edges. The flowers are solitary, rose-like, pinkish in color, with five wide-elliptical, oval petals that touch each other. The fruits are large, wide-oval in shape, with an average weight of about 125 grams, a short and thick peduncle that easily detaches from the branch but is firmly attached to the pit. The main fruit color is creamy with a blurred raspberry-red blush. The skin is of medium roughness and covered with velvety pubescence of medium intensity. The flesh is white, tender, juicy and fibrous, with a pleasant sweet-sour taste. The fruits are rich in trace elements, fruit acids and vitamins, which are beneficial for skin and hair health. In particular, vitamins A and E help improve skin condition, making it velvety, while vitamin C strengthens the immune system. Additionally, the fruits contain selenium, which has a preventive effect against cancer. The 'Frant' variety is distinguished by abundant yields and large fruits with easily removable pits. The bright red color of the velvety skin makes the fruits especially appetizing. This peach variety is rich in iron, an important element of blood, and has winter hardiness. In Hungary, this fruit is called the 'fruit of calmness', as its regular consumption helps cope with bad mood and anxiety.
