The "Lygovskaya 95" variety belongs to the legume family and is released as high-quality seeds suitable both for feed production and soil-improving systems. The seeds have a length of 0.5 to 1.2 mm, a dark-brown color, and a density of 1.3–1.6 g/cm³. The internal composition is characterized by a protein content of 20–25% and fat of 15–18%, making them a valuable source of nutrients for animals and humans.
For successful cultivation of "Lygovskaya 95", sowing is recommended on loose, fertile soil with a pH from 5.5 to 7.0. The optimal sowing density is 10–12 t/ha (approximately 15 kg/m²), and the planting depth is 2–3 cm. The plants prefer moderate soil moisture and a temperature range of 15–25 °C, at which seed germination reaches 80–90% in 7–10 days.
The variety is characterized by good resistance to cold and dryness, as well as the ability to fix nitrogen, which increases soil fertility. Under optimal conditions, the yield is 3 to 4 t/ha of dry matter (average figure – 2.5 t/ha); harvesting is carried out 90–120 days after sowing. "Lygovskaya 95" also demonstrates resistance to common fungal diseases and pests, which ensures stable growth and high productivity in mixed feed systems with oats, clover, and onions.
