Vegetable Pea SOVERSHENSTVO 65 3

SOVERSHENSTVO 65 3 is a mid-season vegetable pea variety intended for growing in open ground. The plants have a simple green stem 50–90 cm long, with moderate foliage and form 14 to 20 internodes. The vegetation period is 65 to 116 days depending on the ripening stage, which allows the variety to be used in various climatic conditions. Peas are characterized by rapid germination and good growth strength, which contributes to stable yields.

The fruits of the variety are shelling pods 7–10 cm long with a pointed tip and wrinkled surface. Each pod contains 6 to 10 seeds, which are light green or bright green in color, rounded-angular in shape, and large in size. The mass of 1000 seeds reaches about 160 grams. Peas have a sweet taste and fresh aroma, which makes them attractive for fresh consumption, as well as for canning and freezing.

The SOVERSHENSTVO 65 3 variety is distinguished by its resistance to lodging and moderate resistance to diseases such as ascochitis and rust. It is undemanding in growing conditions, withstands low temperatures and stress factors well, which ensures a stable yield of up to 0.5 kg per square meter or 6.4–8.1 tons per hectare. Due to these qualities, the variety is recommended for use in various regions and is suitable for mechanized harvesting, which makes it a profitable choice for industrial growing and home gardening.
