OX HEART

Eggplant Ox Heart F1 is a medium-maturing high-yielding hybrid with a maturity period of 110-115 days. The plant is robust, reaching a height of 70-80 cm, with a dense and well-developed bushy shape. Fruits are large, round-oval, dark purple in color with a glossy surface, weighing from 300 to 500 grams and more. The eggplant flesh is milky-white, dense, and does not contain bitterness, making it especially attractive for culinary use.

This hybrid is valued for its large fruit size, high marketability, and excellent taste qualities. Due to the large fruit size, the eggplant is suitable for preparing dishes for the whole family and is recommended for all types of culinary processing. It is well suited for growing in greenhouses and open ground, while requiring fertile, well-drained soils and regular feeding.

Eggplant Ox Heart is grown by seedling method. Seeds are sown to a depth of about 1 cm, seedlings appear in 8-12 days at an optimal temperature of 17-25°C. Seedlings are transplanted at an age of 55-60 days with a density of 3-4 plants per square meter. To increase yield after forming 5-6 fruits, it is recommended to remove side shoots and flowers, as well as pinch the stem above the third leaf after the last fruit. Heavy and cold soils are not suitable for growing this variety.
