Coriander variety Ambrozja is a medium-late maturing plant with a period from germination to technical maturity of about 50 days. The plant reaches a length of up to 40 cm and a weight of about 60 grams. The leaves are large, and the stem is branched, ensuring good leafiness. At maturity, the coriander leaves acquire a purplish-blue hue and have a juicy taste with a pleasant aroma, making this variety especially attractive for culinary use.
This variety is characterized by high content of essential oils, which contributes to a high yield of green mass and gives the coriander a rich aroma and flavor. Due to these qualities, Ambrozja coriander is widely used for preparing spices and seasonings. It is suitable for fresh consumption, as well as for drying and freezing, retaining its beneficial properties and market appearance for a long time.
Ambrozja coriander can be grown both in open ground and in enclosed spaces such as greenhouses and polytunnels. To achieve good yields, proper care is required, including regular watering and weed control. Seeds are packed in 1 gram portions, containing 600 to 900 seeds, and are produced in Germany, ensuring high quality planting material.
