The 'Royal Sphinx' tulip is a fringed variety featuring a bright light-yellow bud adorned with abundant fringing along the petal edges. This shape creates an effect of weightlessness and imparts a sunny mood to the flower.

The plant height is 35–40 cm, and the flower size is 6–7 cm in diameter. Blooming occurs in April, sometimes until early May. For successful growth, the tulip requires good lighting, well-drained soil, and protection from strong winds. It is recommended to plant bulbs in autumn (September–October), and for propagation, dividing clumps can be used.

This variety is suitable for both cutting and group plantings along paths or in containers on terraces and balconies. It tolerates cold temperatures well (USDA zone 3–8) and exhibits moderate frost hardiness.
