Tulip Golden Spike

Golden Spike is a Darwin tulip variety, distinguished by its bright yellow, narrow-bottle-shaped flower with slightly outward-curving petals. The flower height is about 6.5 cm, and the entire plant reaches 40 cm in height. The leaves are large, light green, broad with wavy edges, adding decorative appeal to the plant. Flowering occurs at the end of May, allowing you to enjoy vibrant blooms in late spring.

This tulip variety has high decorative value and is suitable for both open-ground cultivation and cutting, thanks to its resilience and flower durability. Golden Spike tulips are well-suited for border planting and creating bright floral compositions. The plant is triploid with a chromosome set of 2n=36, which affects its resilience and flowering quality.

For successful cultivation, it is recommended to choose well-drained soils, possibly amended with sand, to provide optimal conditions for the root system. Golden Spike will be a beautiful addition to your garden, adding sunny hues and creating a warm atmosphere due to its intense yellow flower color.
