Tulip Remise

Resilience and Field Performance

The 'Remise' tulip, belonging to the Triumph class, is designed for growers who prioritize predictability and efficiency. Unlike more sensitive varieties, this hybrid exhibits remarkable resistance to key pathogens, including downy mildew, Phomopsis, Phoma, and sunflower rust. For an operator, this translates into lower maintenance costs, reduced reliance on fungicides, and a more streamlined cultivation schedule.

Operational Efficiency

In terms of crop management, 'Remise' hits the sweet spot. Its mid-season flowering cycle allows for better labor resource allocation during peak periods. The plant height is optimal for standard maintenance, ensuring strong resistance to lodging during high winds and simplifying mechanized harvesting or field inspections. The variety is highly adaptive to standard soil conditions, making it a robust choice for both large-scale greenhouse operations and open-field cultivation.

Marketability and Handling

Visually, 'Remise' offers a striking bicolored appearance. The red and white petals create a classic, formal aesthetic that is consistently in high demand. The solid, well-structured bloom retains its shape perfectly during transit, which is a critical factor for maintaining wholesale quality and reducing losses during logistics.

• Disease Resistance: Superior defense against common fungal stem and leaf infections.
• Maintenance: Low-impact requirements, easily adaptable to standard agronomic protocols.
• Commercial Grade: High uniformity across the batch, meeting the standards of the Triumph class.
