Agronomic Insights

• Site Selection: Adapted to the regional climate, this iris thrives in open, sunny locations. Proper spacing is key to maintaining good air circulation, which prevents common moisture-related issues.
• Longevity: This variety is remarkably stable and does not require frequent division or transplantation. The root system is resilient, ensuring successful overwintering without the need for additional ground cover.
• Resource Management: Minimal fertilizer input is required to sustain vigorous growth. 'Vasily Alferov' maintains a balanced ratio between vegetative growth and blooming, sparing the owner from excessive pruning tasks.

In landscaping, 'Vasily Alferov' serves as a reliable focal point.
