Tulip Gold Beryl

Consistency and Reliability in Flower Production

Working with late-blooming Triumph tulips requires operational discipline, and "Gold Barrel" is a variety where the final yield consistently meets input projections. As an operator, you are dealing with a well-structured, tall cultivar that requires minimal support or structural intervention, whether in greenhouse or open-field conditions.

Operational Performance

The primary benefit of this selection is its robust root health and inherent disease resistance. If you have previously suffered losses from Fusarium wilt or powdery mildew, this variety acts as a safeguard for your production cycle. High resistance to anthracnose significantly reduces the frequency of fungicide applications, which directly lowers the cost per unit produced.

• Flowering: Late-season, allowing for effective management of harvest scheduling.
• Operational efficiency: The tall, sturdy stem is optimized for mechanical harvesting and streamlined packing.
• Flower quality: A dense, deep-yellow cup that maintains structural integrity throughout the logistics chain.

"Gold Barrel" does not require specialized conditions outside of standard Triumph-class protocols. With proper moisture control and standard nutrient management, the variety yields minimal wastage, a critical factor for maintaining profitability in commercial-scale operations.
