Tulip Gold City

Predictability and Reliability in Cultivation

The «Gold Ditty» tulip belongs to the Triumph class, a category that has long been the gold standard for those growing flowers for cut production or potted sales. From an operator's perspective, this variety is extremely easy to maintain: it features a predictable development cycle and requires minimal adjustments to standard agrotechnics. The mid-season blooming period allows for precise logistics planning, while the medium stem height ensures excellent resistance to lodging, which is critical for greenhouse forcing.

Phytosanitary Control

The main challenge in tulip cultivation is fungal infection. «Gold Ditty» stands out from many competitors due to its genetic resistance to Fusarium wilt and Anthracnose. This significantly reduces the costs associated with fungicide applications and minimizes losses during dense planting. For an owner, this means not only savings on chemicals but also confidence in the commercial appearance of the entire batch.
