AGRAF® is a winter triticale variety developed for cultivation under agro-technical conditions to achieve high yields and quality grain. This variety is characterized by high winter hardiness, resistance to lodging and drought, making it a reliable choice for various climatic conditions. The ear of AGRAF is cylindrical, white, and of medium length; the grain is red, of medium size, with a mass of 1000 grains ranging from 33.3 to 49.8 grams.
The variety is recommended for cultivation in the North Caucasus, Middle Volga, and Lower Volga regions, including the Rostov region. The vegetation period ranges from 220 to 298 days, allowing for efficient use in agricultural cycles. Grain yield in the North Caucasus region reaches 28.4 centners per hectare, and in the Lower Volga region — 16.5 centners per hectare. In addition to grain, AGRAF is characterized by high green mass and silage yield, which expands its application possibilities in agriculture.
AGRAF is resistant to diseases such as brown rust and powdery mildew, which contributes to maintaining the quality and quantity of the yield. Thanks to its characteristics, the variety is widely used for sowing for grain and feed purposes, ensuring high nutritional value and production stability. This makes AGRAF an attractive choice for farmers seeking efficient and sustainable farming.
