The fruits of tomato Asterius have a round shape without ribs, large and uniform, with a rich pink color. The average weight of each tomato is 220-250 grams. Moreover, the tomatoes are resistant to cracking even at high temperatures, significantly facilitating their transportation and storage. Hybrid Asterius possesses high resistance to several diseases, including tobacco mosaic virus (ToMV), Fusarium wilt (Ff), Verticillium wilt (Va, Vd), and Fusarium root rot (Fol). It also exhibits moderate resistance to tomato spotted wilt virus (TSWV), tomato yellow leaf curl virus (TYLCV), and nematodes.
