Description GASTELLE
The hybrid tomato Gastelle F1 is an early-maturing indeterminate variety intended for cultivation in protected ground. The plant features green leaves with a horizontal arrangement and complex inflorescences. The fruits are oval-shaped and have an unusual brown coloration in ripe tomatoes, giving them an exclusive appearance. The average weight of one fruit is about 11 grams, and the taste is rich, combining sweet and spicy notes. The dry matter content in the fruits reaches 5.7–5.8%, sugar — 3.5–3.8%, and ascorbic acid — up to 30 mg%.

The hybrid Gastelle is characterized by consistent fruiting and uniformity of fruits in shape and weight both in clusters and throughout the entire plant. It successfully sets fruit even under elevated temperatures and soil and air moisture deficiency, making it resistant to adverse growing conditions. The yield of this variety reaches 1.5 kg per square meter, allowing its use on large areas for commercial production.

Tomato Gastelle is recommended for fresh consumption, especially in salads, due to its excellent taste and attractive appearance. This hybrid is already popular in Europe and is beginning to enter the Russian market, offering a unique combination of high productivity, resistance, and distinctive fruit color.
