Daizy

Tomato Daizy (PL 6210 F1) is an early-maturing indeterminate hybrid of pink-fruited tomato developed by the Dutch company Ergon Seed. This hybrid is characterized by high yield — up to 4-6 kg of fruit per square meter. The plant is tall and branching with short internodes, which promotes active flower formation protected by dense foliage from sunburn. Tomatoes mature 54-60 days after transplanting seedlings to their permanent location, allowing cultivation in both open and protected soil, as well as in the first and second crop rotations.

The fruits of tomato Daizy have a round shape and intense raspberry color. They are firm, weighing 240-260 grams, with smooth and thin skin. The flesh is very juicy, containing a small number of seeds, which gives the tomatoes a pleasant sweet and delicate flavor. Due to its strong root system, the hybrid can form large fruits even on the last trusses. Tomatoes are distinguished by high juiciness and aroma, maintain their nutritional value and attractive appearance for a long time.

Hybrid Daizy is resistant to a number of common solanaceous diseases, including tomato mosaic virus, verticillium wilt, fusarium root rot, and fusarium wilt. It is adaptable to growing conditions, including saline soils, making it suitable for spring and autumn sowing. Thanks to its qualities, tomato Daizy is suitable for both fresh market sales and home use or processing into juices.
