• Verticillium and Fusarium wilt (races 0, 1): blocking the penetration of fungal mycelia into the plant's vascular system.
• Tobacco Mosaic Virus (TMV): high tolerance to aggressive viral strains, eliminating the risk of crop loss due to micro-injuries during cultivation.

The indeterminate growth type requires precise crop management; however, "Manami" demonstrates high plasticity in truss formation. Fruits weighing over 200 grams are characterized by a distinct round shape and dense tissue structure, which is critical for logistics. A firm skin and a balanced cell wall composition ensure excellent transportability, allowing the tomato to maintain its market appearance without damage during long-distance transportation.
