Marigolds "Bolero" – a compact annual growing 20 to 30 cm tall and 15–20 cm wide, which grows quickly and starts blooming as early as spring. Large, double flower heads with a diameter of 5–7 cm attract attention with their bright coloration: a golden-yellow base with red-brown petal tips creates an effective two-tone effect.
Bushes form a dense, bushy appearance and retain their decorative qualities in any weather conditions. Dark green, pinnate-serrated leaves emitting a characteristic spicy aroma add additional appeal to the plant. Blooming lasts from June until the first frosts, providing abundant and prolonged floral coverage.
"Bolero" is distinguished by high resistance to adverse climatic conditions and undemanding care: minimum watering, moderate fertilization, and protection from strong winds are sufficient for good growth. Thanks to its compactness, the plant is easy to grow in open flowerbeds as well as in garden planters or balcony containers, and its phytoncid properties help repel pests.
