The roots have a round or spherical shape, weighing from 190 to 500 grams, with a smooth surface and a small head. The flesh is dark red with a burgundy tint and pronounced radial rings of white-pink coloring; it is tender, juicy, and high in amino acids. The variety is characterized by good uniformity of the roots and weak head scarring, which facilitates their processing and use.

The leaves are semi-upright, oval-shaped, green in color with red veins of medium intensity, weakly blistered, and have a slightly wavy edge. The leaf petioles are red on the underside. Dry matter content reaches 15%, while total sugar content reaches up to 8%, ensuring good and excellent taste qualities. The variety is resistant to rot, promoting long-term storage and maintaining marketable appearance until spring.

BE 10908 is versatile in application: suitable for fresh consumption, culinary processing, winter storage, and processing into juices.
