RED ARIAS

Red Arias is an early variety of table beet distinguished by its high yield and excellent market quality of root crops. With summer sowing, the ripening period is 50–55 days, and with spring sowing — 95–105 days from germination. The root crops have an oval-flat shape and a rich dark-red color with high sugar content, making them particularly attractive for culinary use. The beet pulp is characterized by excellent taste qualities and contains up to 10–12% dry matter and 4.8–8.3% total sugar.

The Red Arias hybrid boasts a powerful leaf rosette and resistance to main beet diseases, ensuring a stable yield and reducing the risk of losses.
