NAVARA

Sunflower NAVARA is an early-maturing simple hybrid developed by the NPO "Galaktika". The vegetation period ranges from 100 to 125 days, depending on growing conditions. Plants reach an average height of about 170 cm, and the flower head diameter varies from 22 to 24 cm. A distinctive feature of the hybrid is the inclined and convex shape of the flower head, which promotes efficient development and harvest. Seeds are characterized by large size and high weight — approximately 59.4 g per 1000 seeds.

The NAVARA hybrid is characterized by high yield and resistance to various diseases. It shows resistance to false powdery mildew and moderate resistance to white mold, as well as resistance to herbicides containing tribenuron-methyl. Thanks to these qualities, the hybrid is successfully grown in various climatic zones, including the Central Chernozem and Ural regions, as well as in dry steppe and forest-steppe zones. NAVARA has high plasticity and stability, ensuring a stable harvest even under conditions of insufficient moisture.

Oil content in the seeds reaches up to 50%, making this hybrid attractive for oilseed production. Average oil yield may reach 11.36 centners per hectare, with potential productivity up to 53 centners per hectare. High fat content and large seeds ensure high technological efficiency and quality of the final product. The NAVARA hybrid is suitable for intensive cultivation with optimal planting density depending on soil moisture, allowing for maximum efficiency of agrotechnical practices and high economic returns.
