Sunflower Fortera is a high-quality linoleic-type hybrid intended for traditional cultivation methods. It has a vegetative period of approximately 110 days and belongs to the early-maturing group. Plants reach a height of 150 to 167 cm, with a flower head diameter of about 20 cm, positioned downward or strongly convex. Oil content in seeds ranges from 45% to 51%, making this hybrid particularly attractive for oil production. The package contains 150,000 seeds, with a thousand-seed weight of 54–60 g, and the country of origin is France. Fortera exhibits high resistance to races of *Aphanomyces* spp., providing protection against common pests and diseases. The hybrid shows high drought, lodging, and shattering resistance, as well as tolerance to diseases such as white and gray mold, fusarium, fusarium wilt, and rust. These characteristics are confirmed by high resistance ratings, ensuring stable and high yields under various climatic conditions. Recommended planting density depends on soil moisture levels and ranges from 50,000 to 60,000 plants per hectare. Fortera is successfully grown in various agroclimatic zones, including steppe, forest-steppe, and meadow regions. It demonstrates adaptability to different growing conditions and is ideally suited for crop rotations with predecessors such as potato, corn, and winter wheat. Yield potential reaches 5.2 tons per hectare, confirmed by trials in various regions. For seed storage, it is recommended to maintain air temperature between +7–10°C and humidity not exceeding 10%, which helps preserve their high quality.
