Sunflower ES Terramis CL

Mastering Weed Control and Yield Stability

The «Es Terramis Sl» hybrid by Euralis Semences is designed for farmers facing heavy weed pressure and disease challenges. By leveraging the Clearfield (Euro-Lightning) herbicide technology, this sunflower hybrid provides a robust shield against weeds and parasitic broomrape, ensuring the crop has the space and nutrients to reach its full potential.

Resilience Against Diseases

Field production is rarely without risk, particularly regarding common fungal infections. «Es Terramis Sl» shows excellent genetic tolerance to Phomopsis, which is critical for maintaining stalk integrity during the ripening phase. Additionally, its resistance to Phoma and charcoal rot ensures that your crop remains healthy even in volatile climate conditions, reducing the need for aggressive fungicide applications.

Field Performance and Morphology

• Yield Quality: With an oil content ranging from 45% to 50%, this hybrid meets the high standards of processing plants, ensuring favorable marketability of your harvest.
• Crop Structure: Standing at 160–170 cm, the plants feature medium-sized, flattened heads. This morphology is ideal for machine harvesting, as it promotes uniform ripening and reduces header losses during operation.
• Operational Benefits: As a simple hybrid, it offers consistent maturity across the field. This uniformity simplifies harvest logistics, allowing you to optimize your machinery schedule and reduce downtime.

For operations looking to clean up fields while maintaining high yield standards, «Es Terramis Sl» offers the right balance of agronomic safety and productive output.
