Renova

Renova Beet — a medium-late variety of table beet with a vegetation period of 125–130 days, suitable for both fresh consumption and long-term storage. The roots are cylindrical in shape with a smooth surface, measuring 14–18 cm in length and weighing 180–350 g. The flesh has a rich, bright red color, free of rings and coarse fibers, ensuring juiciness and a pleasant sweet taste, highly valued in culinary applications.

The Renova variety is characterized by high resistance to diseases, contributing to a stable and high yield. Thanks to the good storability of the roots, the beet retains its commercial and gastronomic qualities for an extended period — up to 6–7 months — making it convenient for storage and processing. The number of seeds per gram ranges from 50 to 70, and the weight of 1000 seeds is 14–20 g.
