Table beet variety NASTENKA® is a high-yielding and quick-maturing variety that is distinguished by drought resistance and cold hardiness. The vegetative period from germination to technical maturity is 75-85 days. The leaves are green and smooth, the petiole is pink-red with light stripes, up to 25 cm long. The root crops are round-shaped with red skin and flesh, which is juicy, tender, and sweet without ringiness. The variety is resistant to bolting, which increases its marketability and storage capacity.

For sowing, it is recommended to choose the period from late April to early May when soil temperature is above 10°C. Seeds are planted at a depth of 2-3 cm with row spacing of 25-30 cm. After the appearance of the second true leaf, thinning is carried out, leaving about 10 cm between plants. Growing seedlings is also possible at soil temperature of 24-30°C with subsequent hardening and planting in open ground after the threat of frost. Care for plants includes timely watering, regular weeding, loosening, and feeding with complex mineral fertilizers.

The yield of the NASTENKA® variety is from 3 to 7 kg per square meter, while the mass of one root crop varies from 350 to 500 grams. Due to its characteristics, this variety is excellent for growing in various climatic conditions and ensures a stable and high-quality yield of table beets.
