Description Irina
Irina soybean variety is a mid-season variety recommended for cultivation in steppe conditions and included in the State Register for the North Caucasus region. Plants reach a height of 85-90 cm, have a semi-erect form with gray pubescence on the stem, and a density at harvest of 600-650 thousand plants per hectare. Seeds are medium-sized, elongated, yellow in color with a yellow hilum, with a 1000-seed mass ranging from 135.2 to 162.7 grams.

The variety is characterized by resistance to major diseases and stress factors, as well as resistance to lodging and shattering, which improves harvest technology and quality. Protein content in the seeds is approximately 37-39%, and fat content is approximately 21.9%, making this variety attractive for producing products with high protein and oil content.

The yield potential of the Irina variety reaches 3.5 tons per hectare, while in the North Caucasus region, average yields are around 15.2 centners per hectare, with maximum yields reaching 30-32 centners per hectare under experimental conditions. These characteristics make the Irina variety a profitable choice for agricultural enterprises focused on stable and high-quality soybean production.
