IRISTON — a mid-season soybean (Glycine max (L.) Merr.) variety with a growing period of about 126 days, characterized by late flowering and maturity from late to very late. The variety plants are indeterminate, of medium and high height, with violet flowers and reddish-brown pubescence on the main stem. Seeds are yellow in color with almost black hilum; the mass of 1000 seeds is 193.1 grams. The variety is distinguished by high protein (39.06 %) and fat (22.14 %) content in seeds, making it attractive for various applications. Average yield in the North Caucasus region reaches 25 centners per hectare.

To increase the yield of the IRISTON variety, the application of the microbiological fertilizer Marvel Organics is recommended, which, according to test results, increases yield by 23.1 % and provides additional profit. The optimal rate of the application of the preparation is 20 liters per hectare when growing soybeans. Such an approach contributes to improved productivity and economic efficiency of production.

The IRISTON variety has undergone seed selection and certification, which confirms its quality and compliance with standards.
