CHIAKI / K'YAKI

CHIAKI soybean variety is a mid-season hybrid with a maturation period of 115 to 120 days. Plants have medium height and medium branching, ensuring optimal growth and resistance to lodging and pod cracking. Flower color is white, and hairs on the plants have a yellow-brown tint. The hilum (seed scar) is white, making this variety especially attractive for the food industry.

CHIAKI variety is characterized by high yield, reaching 4.00 to 4.40 tons per hectare, as well as high protein content in the seeds — 39 to 41.5%. Thousand seed weight varies within 170–210 grams, and the pod attachment height is 14–16 cm. Optimal planting density is 50–55 seeds per square meter, which helps maximize land use and increase productivity.

CHIAKI is suitable for early planting and exhibits resistance to water stress, ensuring stable yields under various climatic conditions.
