The plant height of 90–100 cm is an optimal parameter for mechanized harvesting: at these dimensions, the lower pods are positioned at a level that minimizes losses during combine header operations.

A stable growth reaching up to 1 meter allows the plant to develop a robust leaf apparatus that supports grain filling while maintaining high lodging resistance.
