Soybean variety Alliance is a grain variety recommended for cultivation in the forest-steppe zone and the Volga region. This variety is characterized by high yield potential, averaging 4.0 t/ha, and in some regions, such as the Republic of Mordovia, the yield may reach 30.9 c/ha. Plants of this variety are indeterminate, tall, with a height of 75 to 110 cm, have upright or semi-upright stems with gray pubescence. Leaves are compound, with lanceolate lateral leaflets, and flowers are purple. Seeds are small or medium-sized, elongated-oval, yellow with a yellow hilum, with a 1000-seed weight of approximately 133 g.
Soybean Alliance has a medium oil content in the grain — 41-42%, and also a high protein content — 28.6%, making it attractive for the production of food and feed products. The variety is resistant to various diseases and stress factors, ensuring stable yields and product quality. Plant density at harvest time is 700-850 thousand plants per hectare, which contributes to optimal land use and maximum productivity.
The maturation period of this variety varies from very early to early, allowing its use in various agroclimatic conditions. The attachment height of the lower pod is approximately 19.2 cm, which facilitates harvesting and reduces losses during harvest. Soybean Alliance was included in the state register since 2013-2014 and is a result of selection by the company ARMSORT, confirming its reliability and adaptability to cultivation conditions in the specified regions.
