Intermag Titan is a micro-fertilizer specifically developed to increase the yield and quality of sorghum, including sugar varieties. In combination with N30P30K30 mineral fertilizer, it ensures a maximum increase in green mass of up to 63.2 tons/ha, which is 11.1% higher than control conditions. The micro-fertilizer promotes improved plant adaptation to dry conditions and enhances stress resistance during the development phase from the 5th to the 7th leaf.
Titan contains a complex of microelements necessary for the full growth of sorghum: iron, zinc, manganese, boron, and others. These elements participate in enzyme synthesis, photosynthesis, and protein formation, leading to an increase in grain protein content (3–4% higher than corn) and improving the overall nutritional value of the product. Thanks to this, sorghum becomes a popular ingredient in gluten-free diets.
The use of the Titan micro-fertilizer does not require additional protective measures against pests or diseases; it can be used as part of a comprehensive agro-technical scheme, including vertical soil processing, sowing in 20-cm strips, and application of standard mineral fertilizer. This allows reducing cultivation costs by $100–150 USD below corn cultivation, as well as ensuring stable yield even under drought and poor soil mineral nutrition conditions.
