Gypsy Baron

Sweet pepper «Gypsy Baron» is an early-maturing variety with an original fruit color that changes from black-violet at technical maturity to red-violet at full ripening. The fruits have a conical shape, a glossy surface, and a weight from 120 to 150 grams, with a wall thickness of 5.2-5.9 mm. The plants reach a height of 50-60 cm, have a semi-spreading, closed shape, and do not require special shaping. The leaves are of medium size, green, and slightly wrinkled.

This variety is distinguished by its mild sweet taste with a spicy aroma and an absence of bitter aftertaste, making it versatile for use fresh, in various home cooking recipes, as well as for canning. Thanks to its characteristics, «Gypsy Baron» is suitable for growing in open ground and protected conditions.
