The GRANDEUR raspberry variety is a remontant, high-yielding cultivar developed for harvesting a high-quality autumn crop. The bushes are compact, upright, medium-statured, reaching heights of 1.4 to 1.7 meters, and can grow up to 2 meters under favorable conditions. The canes are strong, erect, thornless, with a slight waxy coating, facilitating care and harvest. Staking is recommended to improve air circulation and ease of berry harvesting. The main fruiting period occurs from late August to October; in southern regions, ripening begins mid-August and continues until the first frost. GRANDEUR berries are large, light-red, firm, and uniform, averaging 6-8 grams, with individual berries reaching up to 10 grams. They exhibit excellent firmness and transportability, do not bruise during harvesting and transportation, and maintain their market appearance for several months when stored at approximately 5 degrees Celsius. The flavor is pure, pleasant, and richly raspberry-like, making the variety attractive for both commercial and hobbyist cultivation. The variety adapts well to various climatic conditions and is suitable for cultivation in both soil and substrates. The plant prefers sunny locations, does not require soil covering of the root collar, fruits well on black earth, and requires regular fertilization on clay soils. The seedling packaging is secure and airtight, with roots treated with a special solution that helps retain moisture and ensures plant viability during transport for up to 7 days or more. With proper care, one bush can yield up to 8 kilograms of berries.
