Ambassador

Ambassador is a mid-early winter rapeseed hybrid selected by Limagrain, featuring high yield and stability across various soil-climate conditions. Plants reach a height of 150–160 cm, and glucosinolate content in seeds is less than 15 mmol/g, indicating high product quality. The hybrid has high oil content, making it attractive for oilseed production. The recommended sowing rate is 350–450 thousand plants per hectare, which is optimal for achieving maximum productivity.

The Ambassador hybrid exhibits high resistance to major rapeseed diseases, including phoma (gene RLM7), cylindrical spot, and TuYV yellow mosaic virus. Additionally, it possesses genetic resistance to pod splitting, reducing yield losses during harvest and storage. Thanks to its N-Flex properties, the hybrid efficiently absorbs nitrogen, enabling the use of late sowing dates and maintaining stable yields even under stress conditions such as drought or cold spring periods.

Ambassador is suitable for cultivation in all agrozones of Ukraine, including forest-steppe and steppe regions. Its cultivation technology is conventional, facilitating easy integration into existing agronomic systems. Practical yield results confirm the hybrid's high productivity: yields across various regions of Ukraine range from 43 to 51 centners per hectare. Seed packaging contains 1.5 million seeds, convenient for large-scale sowing.
