Rapeseed ARNO — this is a medium-late winter hybrid developed by the breeding company Limagrain, distinguished by high winter hardiness and resistance to spring frosts. It has a yield potential of up to 70 centners/ha and is suitable for cultivation in various climatic zones of Ukraine, including the Polissia, Forest-Steppe, and Steppe regions. The hybrid exhibits medium-late spring vegetation recovery and plasticity regarding sowing dates, allowing effective adaptation to different agronomic conditions. One of the key features of Rapeseed ARNO is its high resistance to major diseases such as phomopsis, verticillium, and cylindrical sporiosis, due to the presence of resistance genes, including RLM7. Additionally, the hybrid is genetically resistant to turnip yellow mosaic virus (TuYV), significantly reducing the risk of yield losses. The crop also demonstrates high drought tolerance and efficient use of soil nitrogen, contributing to stable growth and high productivity. The recommended sowing rate is 350–500 thousand plants per hectare, with optimal sowing times ranging from early to medium-late. Seeds are supplied with Cruiser OSR treatment, providing additional protection during the initial growth stage. Glucosinolate content in seeds does not exceed 15 mmol/g, meeting high quality standards. Rapeseed ARNO is a reliable choice for farmers aiming to achieve high and stable yields with minimal risks.
