PT293

PT293 winter rapeseed seeds are a classic mid-season hybrid with high resistance to major diseases such as phoma, cylindrosporiosis, and sclerotinia. This resistance ensures stable high yields, which is especially important for producers in southern and eastern regions. One of the key advantages of PT293 is its high resistance to pod cracking, which reduces the risk of premature seed shattering and helps preserve the harvest.

The hybrid is characterized by rapid autumn development and early spring regrowth, enabling it to successfully withstand adverse conditions, including high June temperatures, particularly in eastern and central regions of Ukraine. Plant height reaches 155–165 cm, and flowering occurs during the mid-to-early period. PT293 responds well to the application of morphoregulators, allowing optimized growth and development of plants.

For cultivation, traditional technology is recommended; the hybrid is suitable for mulch planting and can successfully grow on light soils. It demonstrates moderate drought resistance and high cold resistance, expanding its usability across various climatic zones. Yield potential is 45-50 c/ha. Seeds are supplied in bags of 2 million units, harvest year – 2024.
