SY FLORETTA

SY FLORETTA rapeseed is a mid-season winter hybrid developed by Syngenta, distinguished by high winter hardiness and stability across various climatic conditions in Ukraine. This hybrid exhibits rapid autumn development and medium plant height, contributing to effective rooting and winter preparation. Due to its adaptability, SY FLORETTA is recommended for cultivation in the Polissia, Forest-Steppe, and Steppe regions, as well as all rapeseed-growing zones of the country.

One of the key features of SY FLORETTA is its high yield potential, reaching up to 50 centners per hectare. The hybrid is characterized by high oil content in seeds — over 46% — making it attractive for oilseed industry. Additionally, SY FLORETTA has low glucosinolate levels, which improves product quality and expands its application possibilities.

SY FLORETTA demonstrates resistance to major rapeseed diseases such as phoma and sclerotinia, as well as to turnip yellow virus (TuYV). This resistance ensures crop preservation and yield stability even under adverse conditions. The recommended sowing rate ranges from 450,000 to 600,000 plants per hectare depending on sowing time, allowing optimal plant density and enhanced cultivation efficiency.
