Radish SWIATLJACHOK

Technical features of the 'Svitlyachok' radish

In developing the 'Svitlyachok' variety, the Czech breeders at Moravoseed prioritized crop stability in varying daylight conditions. The genetic core of this radish is its high resistance to bolting, a critical factor for farmers operating during early spring and late summer. Unlike standard varieties, 'Svitlyachok' maintains its marketability even during temperature fluctuations, effectively preventing pithiness and flesh softening.

Morphology and growth cycle

• Root: Classic shape with optimal skin density, minimizing cracking during changes in soil moisture.
• Root system: Proportional to the leaf rosette, ensuring rapid accumulation of sugars and micronutrients.
• Maturity: Adapted for intensive cultivation, allowing for uniform harvest cycles within tight agronomic windows.

The practical advantage of this Moravoseed solution lies in predictable yields. Due to the high uniformity of the roots, 'Svitlyachok' is well-suited for both hand harvesting and commercial preparation where consistent size and appearance are essential for retail distribution.
