Rondar F1

Red cabbage Rondar F1 is an early-maturing hybrid developed by Syngenta Seeds, with a maturation period of about 18-20 days after sowing. This hybrid is suitable for cultivation both in open ground and in protected environments, including greenhouses, and is characterized by its ability to continue forming roots even under slight frosts and reduced daylight conditions. The plants are compact, with short and bright green leafy rosettes, which simplifies care and harvesting.

The roots of Rondar F1 are round, with a diameter of approximately 3-5 cm and an average weight of 25-35 grams. Their bright red skin has a strong sheen and retains its vibrant color even after washing. The flesh is white, dense, without cavities or cracks, juicy, and very tasty, making red cabbage particularly useful for consumption fresh immediately after harvest. The hybrid is resistant to wilting, cracking, hollowing, bolting, and yellowing of foliage, which enhances the quality and market appearance of the product.

Rondar F1 exhibits high cold tolerance and stress resistance, enabling cultivation under various climatic conditions, including early spring and late autumn. The recommended sowing rate is 200-250 seeds per square meter (approximately 700,000 seeds per hectare). Due to its simultaneous maturation and resistance to pests and fungal diseases, this hybrid is ideal for obtaining early harvests and successful marketing of fresh vegetables.
