Radish Marvis

Premium Quality Radish for Professional Growers

The «Marvis» variety, produced by Minami Poland SP.Z.O.O., represents a strategic choice for growers aiming for high-margin, early-season radish production. Designed for both greenhouse conditions and open-field cultivation, this variety excels in uniformity and marketability.

Agronomic Advantages

• Market Appeal: The round shape and vibrant, bright red skin are highly sought after in retail markets, ensuring high sales turnover.
• Stress Tolerance: Developed with the expertise of originator Andrii Oleksiiovych Shevchenko, the genetics of «Marvis» ensure resistance to bolting and cracking, which are common issues in fluctuating early-spring temperatures.
• Post-Harvest Shelf Life: The radish maintains its firm texture long after harvest, allowing growers to manage logistics and supply chains without worrying about rapid quality degradation.

Practical Field Application

In large-scale operations, «Marvis» is valued for its consistency. The uniform sizing and sturdy attachment of the foliage make it an ideal candidate for mechanized harvesting processes. Furthermore, its ability to retain its intense color after washing makes it a perfect choice for premium pre-packaged produce.

By incorporating «Marvis» into the production cycle, growers can ensure a reliable supply schedule. The variety is highly responsive to intensive fertilization and irrigation regimes, enabling optimized harvest windows even during challenging weather conditions.
