Mator

Red Mator is a high-yielding hybrid characterized by early maturity — only 22-25 days under normal sowing rates of 200-250 seeds per square meter. The root has a round shape, bright red color with white flesh and dark green leaves. The root diameter is 4-5 cm, and the weight is about 30-35 grams. Due to its dense and uniform structure, the radish does not form cavities or water rings, ensuring high-quality produce suitable for fresh markets.

The Mator hybrid is highly adaptable to various soil types and climatic conditions, including cultivation on shaded areas. It features a robust leaf canopy and resistance to diseases such as false powdery mildew, root rot, and rhizoctonia. Additionally, it can be sown in winter, extending the growing season and enabling harvests throughout different seasons.

Red radish is valued not only for its agronomic traits but also for its nutritional benefits. It is rich in potassium, sodium, magnesium, iron, niacin, and riboflavin.
