PARISKA — a medium-late variety of table pumpkin with a maturation period of 101 to 118 days. The plant is powerful with high growth vigor, forming large fruits of round-flat shape with a segmented surface. The fruit skin is thin, leathery, and bright red or red-orange, giving it an attractive appearance. The average fruit weight is 15 to 20 kg; with proper load regulation on the tendril, larger fruits weighing 4 to 8 kg can be obtained.
The flesh of the PARISKA pumpkin is dense, thick, juicy, and tender, with a rich yellow-orange color and a pronounced sweet and aromatic taste. High carotene content makes this variety especially beneficial. Due to excellent storability and transportability, the fruits maintain their quality during storage and transportation. The variety is resistant to diseases, contributing to a stable and high yield exceeding 100 tons per hectare.
PARISKA prefers sunny, warm locations and grows particularly well on southern slopes. It is widely used both in fresh markets and in industrial processing for making juices, purees, and various types of porridges. High yield, large beautiful fruits, and excellent taste make this variety an excellent choice for cultivation both in private households and for commercial purposes.
