Marceloze pumpkin is a medium-late variety with a vegetation period of 100 to 120 days. The plant is vining with a long main tendril, ensuring good fruit development. The fruits are round or elliptical in shape, segmented, with bright orange or dark orange coloration without a pattern. Fruit weight varies from 4.5 to 15 kg, making this variety large-fruited and attractive for various cultivation purposes. Marceloze pumpkin flesh is light orange, dense, thin, tender, sweet, and juicy, ensuring high taste quality. The fruit skin is of medium thickness, hard, and slightly rough, which contributes to excellent transportability and good storability during storage. The variety is drought-resistant, making it a reliable choice for cultivation in medium-late conditions with various climatic features. Marceloze is versatile in use: fruits are suitable for both storage and processing. Sowing is recommended between April 20 and May 10, and seedlings should be planted between May 20 and June 10 with an optimal sowing scheme of 90 x 150 cm. Harvest is conducted from September 1 to September 20. The variety yield ranges from 30.1 to 41.5 tons per hectare, confirming its high productivity and economic attractiveness for farmers and gardeners.
